Let sound and nature hold you while you rest.
Join Nic and I for a deeply restorative Guided Sound Meditation in nature on Friday 8th Aug from 6.30-8.30pm. A space to lie down on the earth, soften, and be gently unwound by vibration and words. This is a nervous system offering, to help you downshift and return to yourself.
So many of us are stuck in constant ‘on’mode, thinking we’re resting while we scroll, zoning out but never truly switching off. True rest isn’t passive. It’s an active invitation to the body to let go. And that’s exactly what sound can do by helping you settle, soothe and reset on a cellular level.
This isn’t about doing. It’s about allowing. The frequencies used in sound baths speak to your parasympathetic nervous system, the part of you that knows how to heal, digest, restore, and exhale.
