Yoga Nidra – A personal Yoga Nidra in my home. 1 person £40

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful way of working with energy. You’ll be fully clothed, lying on a comfortable couch, while I work with my hands either lightly on you or just above your body. It’s a deeply calming experience that can settle your nervous system, invite deep rest, and create space for more ease and balance in how you feel, inside and out.

Sonic Energy Flow

A unique 60 minute treatment that combines Reiki with the therapeutic use of sound. I’ll use singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other live instruments alongside Reiki to help shift stagnant energy, soothe the mind, and reconnect you to a sense of inner harmony.

Enjoy a personalised sound experience in my home. We’ll discuss your needs beforehand so I can tailor the session using instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drum, monolina, and flute. Ideal for couples, close friends, or anyone seeking a quiet, nourishing reset.

Private Group Sound Bath

Perfect for retreats, special occasions or team well-being. I can bring my instruments to your chosen venue (or arrange one for you) and create a bespoke sound journey for your group. Popular for birthdays, wedding mornings, hen parties, retreats and corporate wellness days.

Thank you very much indeed for last night’s amazing sound bath therapy session at St Andrew’s in Okeford Fitzpaine. It was such a wonderful occasion, peaceful and relaxing and, in the beautiful setting of the church, truly memorable. You had clearly put a great deal of thought into your choice of instruments and sounds to make use of the church’s acoustics, and I loved both the stirring, even a bit frightening, crescendo of the gong alongside the heavenly distinctive sound of the Monolina. I felt that I was at a fair in mediaeval Spain, then the rush of shells sounded like a cloudburst, making me feel glad to be warm and dry inside! The whole experience, coupled with Nic’s inspiring voice, took me away from the cares of the day and gave me strength and courage to go back into the world refreshed and prepared for whatever the next day brings.
