This is what Sunday service looks like now and I bloody love it!!
This morning’s guided sound meditation in Wimborne was a powerful reminder that putting yourself first, by showing up, lying down, and receiving, is an act of self worship, self love, self care….whatever you want to call it, it’s you giving to you.
We offer bowls, gongs, stillness, and a space to come back to yourself, for yourself.
You don’t need to earn it. You don’t need to fix anything. Just come as you are.
This is your invitation to tend to the temple, the one that is you.
