Iwerne Minster Sound Bath – 18th Nov
November 18 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
£18.00

You’re invited to pause, receive, and reconnect to yourself.
Join me for a relaxing, Tuesday evening sound bath in the beautiful Abingdon Memorial Parish Hall, Iwerne Minster.
With just 10 spaces, this is a small, supportive group experience where you can truly settle in and be held by sound.
Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other grounding low-frequency instruments, I’ll guide you into a restful, lower brainwave state where the body can release tension, regulate the nervous system, and gently recalibrate, no effort needed.
What’s included:
A calm arrival space to land and settle
Guided nervous system drop-in
approx 60 min immersive sound journey
Gentle integration + reflection time (with optional journal companion prompts for those who wish to deepen the experience)
Optional: oracle cards for guidance
Who it’s for:
Sensitive souls, those feeling frazzled, burnt out, or just curious about the power of rest. Whether you’re completely new to sound or returning to it, you’re welcome here.
