Sound Bath in Nature + Meditation with Horses is a unique OUTDOOR evening of Guided Relaxation & Sound Bath at HORSERENITY, KITES FARM, TINPOT LANE, BLANDFORD (WEATHER PERMITTING)
Vikki from Seymour Sound Therapy is hosting this wonderful outdoor sound bath with Horeserenity, a local Equine Facility, surrounded by nature and horses and has a fantastic sunset view. There will be a unique blend of sounds using chimes, gongs, tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, and drums.
Before the sound bath there will be an opportunity to sit in with the herd under the expert guidance of Kate Unwin, a qualified Equine Assisted Learning facilitator. Together, we will create a one of a kind experience that helps us reconnect with our bodies, slow down the mind, and make space for stillness, self reflection, or simply deep rest.

HOUSEKEEPING
The gates will open at 6.15pm where you will have time to land and set up your cosy space in nature. The meditation will begin at 6.40pm. Please note, the gate will be closed and there will be no further entry after 6.30pm in order to support the feeling of safety in the group, so please plan your journey in advance to ensure you are not turned away.
There will be integration and nature time at the end of the session which will close at 8.30pm.

WHAT TO BRING
Please wear comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water, a floor mat or reclining chair/sun lounger/camping bed, a cushion, a blanket and anything else you might need to be super comfy. An umbrella can be handy to keep the sun or breeze off! You may also like to bring a journal and pen to capture any golden nuggets from your experience.
