Yoga Nidra 4 week course – Spire Hill Farm – Feb 21st-March 14th

A simple, guided Yoga Nidra practice to support you into a deeply restful, lower brainwave state, where the body can soften, release accumulated tension, and recalibrate without effort.
Four Saturday mornings in a row.
One hour each week.
Yoga Nidra is similar to the sound work many of you already know, guiding you into the same alpha and theta states where the body repairs and the mind clears. Deep rest with awareness. All you need to do is simply turn up and lie down. I’ll guide you.
This is offered as a 4 week course rather than a one-off for a reason, safety comes through repetition. When you return to the same practice, at the same time each week, the nervous system starts to recognise it and it becomes a trusted process which enables you to drop in faster and deeper each time. The effects become cumulative.
Don’t worry there are no asanas or poses, this is not a yoga class!

Please bring a yoga/floor mat, blanket, pillow, and anything cosy that helps you feel supported.
There is plenty of free parking on site.

The doors will be open from 9.55am where you will have time to land and set up your cosy space, choose oracle cards or journal. Please note, the doors will be closed and there will be no further entry after 10.05AM in order to support the feeling of safety in the group, so please plan your journey in advance to ensure you are not turned away.
There will be integration time at the end of the session and the session will close at 11AM

WHAT TO BRING
Please wear comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water, a floor mat, a cushion, a blanket and anything else you need to be super comfy while lying on the floor for an hour.
