Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra – Charlton Marshall – March 21st

Join me, Vikki for a regular monthly Saturday evening Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra at Charlton Marshall Village Hall.
These evening sessions are designed as a monthly pause point. A place to gently step out of the week, settle the nervous system, and arrive into the weekend feeling more grounded, spacious, and at ease.
Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, grounding low frequency instruments, and guided Yoga Nidra, I’ll support you into a deeply restful, lower brainwave state where the body can soften, release accumulated tension, and recalibrate without effort.
This is a practice of rest rather than doing.
A chance to be held in sound and guided rest.

Please bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything cosy that helps you feel supported.
There is plenty of free parking on site.

The doors will be open from 5.45 where you will have time to land and set up your cosy space, choose oracle cards or journal. The session will begin at 6.10PM Please note, the doors will be closed and there will be no further entry after 6.10PM in order to support the feeling of safety in the group, so please plan your journey in advance to ensure you are not turned away. We will be immersed in our relaxing sound bath for approx 1 hour
There will be integration time at the end of the session and the session will close at 7.45PM.

WHAT TO BRING
Please wear comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water, a floor mat, a cushion, a blanket and anything else you need to be super comfy while lying on the floor for an hour.
