Alongside my group sound baths, I offer a range of personalised 1:1 and private sessions. These are ideal if you want focused attention, a bespoke experience, or a special way to mark an occasion.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful way of working with energy. You’ll be fully clothed, lying on a comfortable couch, while I work with my hands either lightly on you or just above your body. It’s a deeply calming experience that can settle your nervous system, invite deep rest, and create space for more ease and balance in how you feel, inside and out.

Sonic Energy Flow

A unique treatment that combines Reiki with the therapeutic use of sound. I’ll use singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other live instruments alongside Reiki to help shift stagnant energy, soothe the mind, and reconnect you to a sense of inner harmony.

Private Sound Bath (1–2 people)

Enjoy a personalised sound experience in my home studio. We’ll discuss your needs beforehand so I can tailor the session using instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drum, monolina, and flute. Ideal for couples, close friends, or anyone seeking a quiet, nourishing reset.

Private Group Sound Bath

Perfect for special occasions or team well-being. I can bring my instruments to your chosen venue (or arrange one for you) and create a bespoke sound journey for your group. Popular for birthdays, wedding mornings, hen parties, and corporate wellness days.
