DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join Vikki and Nic at Child Okeford Village Hall (DT11 8EX) from 7PM to 8:30PM\, for our regular monthly evening of guided meditation and sound medicine.\n\nNic Wood is a mind-body coach who supports people mentally\, emotionally\, and physically. She gently guides the group with her voice\, while Vikki from Seymour Sound Therapy weaves a rich blend of sound using chimes\, gongs\, tuning forks\, Himalayan bowls\, crystal bowls\, and drums.\nTogether\, they create a unique experience\, a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body\, slow the thinking mind\, and invite stillness\, release\, self-enquiry\, or simply deep rest.⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑PLEASE READ:⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑HOUSEKEEPINGThe doors will open at 7pm where you will have time to land and set up your cosy space. DESCRIPTION:💝BUY 1 TICKET – BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE💝\nAll you need to do is purchase your ticket and invite a friend!!\n\nDecember can be a busy and potentially stressful time.  I’m offering this Sunday morning sound bath as an antidote to the busy\,  a pocket of calm you can retreat to\, to reset\, recharge and regulate.\n\nJoin me for a soothing Sunday morning sound bath at my local village hall in Charlton Marshall.  This is a larger hall than i usually work in which means there are more spaces available at a lower price\, helping to make it more accessible.\nUsing gongs\, crystal singing bowls\, Himalayan bowls\, chimes\, and other grounding low frequency instruments\, I’ll guide you into a restful\, lower brainwave state where the body can release tension\, regulate the nervous system\, and gently recalibrate\, no effort needed.\n\nWhat’s included:\nA calm arrival space to land and settle\n60 min immersive sound journey\nGentle integration + reflection time (with optional journal companion prompts for those who wish to deepen the experience)\nOptional: oracle cards for guidance\n\nWho it’s for:Sensitive souls\, those feeling frazzled\, burnt out\, or just curious about the power of rest.
