DESCRIPTION:I’m so excited to share this brand new collaboration with Studland Sauna on Saturday 25th October\, 12.30 – 4.30 pm. \nYour afternoon begins with a sauna and (optional) sea dip\, hosted by the wonderful Studland Sauna at Knoll Beach. Move at your own pace\, relax in the wood fired sauna\, cool down in the sea\, repeat as you like. This contrast therapy not only boosts circulation and wakes up your whole system\, it’s also deeply regulating and a beautiful way to let the body unwind. \nThen\, just a walk or short drive away\, we’ll gather at The Space\, a stunning old Wesleyan chapel in the heart of Studland village. Here’s where you’ll enjoy deep rest with an immersive sound bath. The chapel’s natural acoustics allow the bowls\, gongs\, drum and other instruments to resonate beautifully\, helping to entrain your brain into slower wave states and guiding you out of busy thinking into deep rest\, repair and release. \nThere will be plenty of time for integration and gentle socialising if you choose\, over homemade soup\, tea and cake\, with journal prompts and oracle cards available to help you explore your inner landscape a little more before or after the sound. \nThis is an afternoon designed to cleanse\, regulate and nourish your body\, mind and spirit.
